Before your visit
Bring the body you have today. You do not need to know massage terminology or arrive with the “right” complaint.
No. You may come with discomfort, with changes in movement, or because you value caring for your body before pain becomes the reason.
The 90-minute Structural Reset™ is the recommended start for most new clients. Choose 120 minutes for more room, or a Structural Intensive™ if you want a larger protected block of time. More time does not mean more force.
No. Membership is optional. You may book individual appointments as needed.
Your session follows what you report, what I observe, your preferences, skilled touch, and how your body responds. It is not a predetermined sequence.
It is an observational process that helps guide massage care. It may consider your concerns, relevant history, movement, preferences, palpation, and response during the session. It is not a medical examination or diagnosis.
Not necessarily. That area matters, but other regions may influence what I notice. I do not assume every symptom has a single simple cause.
No. Pressure can be firm when appropriate, but I adjust pace, depth, direction, positioning, or technique according to your feedback and response. There is no prize for enduring unnecessary pain.
Some people notice temporary tenderness, fatigue, or soreness; others do not. Responses vary. If something feels unusual or concerning, contact an appropriate healthcare professional.
No. Quiet is welcome. Speak whenever you want to discuss comfort, pressure, positioning, or something you notice.

Possibly. Some situations require modifications, medical clearance, or postponement. Provide accurate intake information and consult the professional managing your condition if unsure.
Arrive in comfortable clothing. Your level of undress is your choice within the work being performed; professional draping is used and your boundaries are respected.
For a first visit, allow 5–10 minutes to enter the building and reach the studio. Late arrival may reduce the time available for your session.
Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM. Closed Sunday. Appointments are reserved in advance; availability is shown in the booking system.
The practice generally asks for booking at least 24 hours ahead. Occasional same-day openings may be offered through the waitlist. Walk-ins are not available.
Review the current cancellation, rescheduling, and payment terms in the secure booking system before reserving your appointment.
