Booking an Appointment
Appointments are scheduled securely through our online booking system.
To provide every client with the highest level of personalized care, walk-in appointments are not available.
Before Your Appointment
To help you get the most from your session:
Complete all intake forms before arriving.
Arrive 5–10 minutes early if it's your first visit.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Stay hydrated before and after your session.
Inform your therapist of any recent injuries, surgeries, medical conditions, or changes in your health.
Parking & Transportation
Our office is easily accessible by CTA and is located within walking distance of several downtown parking garages.
If you're driving, we recommend allowing extra time for downtown Chicago traffic and parking.
During Your Session
Every appointment begins with a conversation about your goals, concerns, and how your body is presenting that day.
Your session is personalized based on:
Your reported concerns
Observed movement and tension patterns
Tissue response
Comfort level
Your goals for the session
No two sessions are exactly alike.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to the policies outlined during booking.
Health Information
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Please inform us if you:
Are pregnant
Have recently had surgery
Have experienced a recent injury
Have an active illness or infection
Have been advised by a healthcare provider to avoid massage therapy
Have any medical concerns that may affect your session
When appropriate, we may recommend obtaining medical clearance before your appointment.
